Justin came out and explained what they could do with what we were looking for. He had some good suggestions as well. Their prices were reasonable considering we had multiple estimates. There's a reason they have 5-star reviews. They provide an excellent service at a fair price. We looked at a bunch of similar companies in the area to build our deck and are very happy we went with Fowler.
No project follows a linear path from start to finish. There are unforeseen things that crop up all along the way. What I appreciate about Fowler is they never made it "my fault" or "no one's fault". Even when it was completely outside of their control - they made it right.
