I knew my home had a few issues with its roof for a while since a bad hail storm had damaged it a couple months earlier.. I was NOT aware of the extent of said damage until I noticed a rather large stain in the ceiling of my living room. I was so busy with my job and personal life that I did not have the time to properly have the roof inspected after the storm and quite frankly did not wish to take on anymore stress and the hassle of dealing with insurance companies, insurance adjusters and the possibility of having to be home all day to obtain many different estimates from roofing companies….
Thank goodness I was referred to Fowler Restoration by a good friend!!!!
I called you on a Tuesday afternoon, you adjusted your own schedule to meet me after work at 6:30 in the evening on the same day. I was a little late arriving home from the office to find you waiting in my driveway… you were obviously on time…. sorry about my tardiness!!!..
You proceeded to do a complete inspection on the roof and any interior damage pointing out a few things I would have never contemplated needing repaired because of the roof damage
I had a detailed estimate via email the next day and you made an appointment to come back out to my home and meet with an insurance adjuster that represented the company that underwrote my homeowners policy. I held my breath and kept my fingers crossed that the damages would be covered.
The next day I received a call from you stating that the claim was approved and depending on my schedule you could start the work whenever I wanted.
I scheduled the repairs to begin the following Tuesday.
The materials and the roll-off waste dumpster were delivered Monday afternoon. and as I left for work Tuesday morning an entire crew arrived and began hammering away on my new roof!!!
I drove to work imagining the mess I would undoubtedly come home to in the evening but I would be well on my way to having a new roof and the piece of mind that I would see no more stains on my ceiling.
To my surprise when I arrived home Tuesday evening there was no sign of the roofing crew, the roll-off dumpster or any other clue of the major work that had taken place on my home. Just a beautiful new roof and small “Fowler Restoration” sign in the front yard….
The next day a crew came in and completed all the repairs/painting on the inside and within a weeks time of placing the phone call to Fowler… the job was complete.
Lee thank you for making the entire experience fast, painless, professional and most of all paid in full with only $500.00 out of my own pocket for the deductible.
I placed one call to Fowler Homes and pretty much let them handle everything else… talking to the insurance adjuster, handling all the necessary paperwork to file the claim, and making sure that the claim was approved and the job was paid for in full..
